Golden Sponsor is per person, but wisdom teeth need to be removed within 3 years after braces are removed

Bee-Liever Sponsor is per person / per year. In other words, if a family has multiple kids, they would need a Sponsorship for each child.

Brace Buzz Sponsor is per person / per school year and will be a way to collect money from families wanting their kids to be picked up by the Brace Buzz. This will give us a way to track who has signed up for the Brace Buzz and generate some revenues through a third party. If they are our patients, and want to be picked up by the Brace Buzz, they pay/sponsor each child $50 that goes towards electricity to power the vehicles.
